Self-examination and self-correction
In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the construction of teachers' ranks and the spirit of the national conference on the construction of teachers' ethics throughout the province, and to push forward the results of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Education and the Park Bureau of Education, on October 28th, our school organized all the teachers to carry out special management activities for the construction of teachers' ethics.
The activity was presided over by Lu Yanping, director of the teacher training office. First of all, Director Lu clarified the purpose of this activity, which was to put the "ten principles" of teachers' professional behavior in the new era into practice, and to further create a clean educational ecology. Then, Director Lu conveyed the spirit of the relevant documents of the Bureau of Education, so that all teachers could make clear the objectives and contents of this activity, and clearly realize the necessity of special rectification of teachers' ethics and style of conduct. Finally, all the teachers focused on three aspects of self-examination and self-correction, namely, whether there was part-time pay in off-school training institutions, whether to participate in paid supplementary classes, whether there were violations of the promotion of teaching aids to students, and so on. After the self-examination, each teacher solemnly signed and confirmed.
This activity actively guided the teachers to establish themselves by virtue, to learn by virtue, to teach by virtue and make every effort to adhere to the unity of teaching and education, words and personal education.
