Focusing on the Proposition of Attainment and Wisdom Improving the Teaching Quality and Wisdom Sharing
On the afternoon of September 18, more than 60 Chinese teachers sat together in the Interactive Classroom of the school. The leader of Chinese teaching and researching, Mr. Li Jing, led everyone to carry out a teaching and researching activity on the wisdom of teaching and test paper proposition.
In the first part of the activity, the teachers carefully studied the five dimensions of reading quality, the reading elements for grades 3 to 6 of the unified textbook and the writing elements. The researching focus of this teaching and researching activity is how to grasp the reading elements in the proposition and highlight the five dimensions of reading quality, so as to improve students' discipline accomplishment.
In the discussion, the teachers used the lesson sparrow in the first book of grade 4 as the material, and combined the unit Chinese elements and the detailed table of reading quality in primary school Chinese literacy to analyze and discuss the proposition of the exercise questions after class. During the discussion, everyone had a further understanding of how to combine discipline accomplishment and Chinese elements to make a proposition, and also gained a lot.
At the end, President Chen made a request for this semester's proposition. She pointed out that only by putting the students' core qualities in the first place could we really have a good problem and make the examination of Chinese more effective.
In the second part of the activity, the guidance office carried out the whole school supervision on the "seven earnest" teaching, focusing on the teaching plan, analysis of learning situation and preparation of lessons beyond the week.
More than an hour passed quickly, and the seminar ended with lively discussions. However, the wise proposition that the road of teaching and research for mutual growth is still extending. The high-quality teaching and researching activities helps and encourages the teachers to move forward in a more directional way.
